Mark Caldwell, CEO

Mr. Caldwell started making games as the co-founder and employee number one of New World Computing, where he was instrumental in the creation of the highly successful "Might & Magic" and "Heroes of Might & Magic" series.  Mark went on to be VP of Development at the 3DO Company, and founded Rapid Eye Entertainment.  He has well over two decades of experience in creating games, leading teams, and running companies.  Mark joins the PBD team after serving as an Director of Development/Executive Producer at Midway Home Entertainment, where he was responsible for producing more than 20 titles on more than a half dozen platforms.



Daniele Gaetano, President and Systems Architect

Mr. Gaetano was the Lead Programmer and Designer of the Delta Force series for NovaLogic (Delta Force and Delta Force 2), and the Lead Programmer for Lords of Everquest.  Daniele has fifteen years of industry experience, all of it as a Lead Programmer and Systems Architect.  He has written every single system used in a modern computer game (AI, graphics engines, tools, networking, etc.) at least once.  Daniele holds a Master’s degree in Physics and Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Astronomy.





Scott Ray, VP of Development and Senior Programmer:

At previous companies Mr. Ray has always been the Senior Programmer assigned the most difficult technical jobs.  For Vanguard: Saga of Heroes Scott was in charge of general optimization including a complete overhaul of the multithreaded asset loading system.  For Lords of Everquest Scott was in charge of all gameplay and AI programming, including highly optimized path finding.  Scott started in the industry by writing tools for NovaLogic, including editors for the Delta Force series as well as several flight sims (F-16, F-22 Raptor II, Mig-29).  Scott has fourteen years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
